- Chelsea StormesOct 13, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We really wanted to work with this contractor, but he was not very knowledgeable in determining which type of roof we needed. After waiting 7 days for his proposal, we found out the email he thought the sent, was never sent. Now we are left with no time to obtain additional bids before our deadline. After politely voicing my concerns, Bill said that now he would not bid the job because he does not like working with Home Owner Associations. He could have saved everyone time and money by being up front from the beginning. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism.
